How the Form Works
Add your name, a short subject, and your message, then press send. It goes straight to us, and there’s no need to write anything formal. A few clear lines are plenty.
Timing
Replies generally arrive within three working days, though holidays and heavy inboxes can stretch that. Weekend messages wait until Monday, so please don’t worry if you don’t hear back immediately.
Good Reasons to Write
- A guide contains old fees, steps, or document lists.
- A link is broken or a page displays strangely.
- You want a certain process explained in more detail.
- You have a question about how your data is handled.
- You simply found an article useful.
Writing a Message That Gets Results
Keep it specific. Name the article or page you’re asking about, describe what confused you, and say what you expected instead. For technical glitches, add the type of phone or computer and the browser you were using, which saves us guesswork.
Please Do Not Send Identity Documents
Never attach a photo of your card, and never type your CNIC number, address, or bank details into a message to us. We don’t need any of it to answer your question. Anything like that is deleted on sight.
What We Can’t Do
We aren’t NADRA, and we can’t look up, track, block, renew, or correct anyone’s card. We also can’t speed up an application or settle a complaint against an office. For those things, please approach the official authority directly.
Spotted a Scam?
If a stranger has asked you for money to arrange your card, or you’ve seen a website imitating an official one, send us the details. We may warn other readers, and every report helps.
Business and Partnership Enquiries
For proposals or collaboration ideas, write to us through the form with a short outline. We look at all of them, although we can’t answer each one.
